Our refunds policy is as follows: If an item of furniture has broken within one month of receipt (due to a fault existing prior to delivery): Either A credit note will be issued for 100% of the value of the item Or It will be exchanged if a suitable replacement is available and acceptable to the customer If you are returning an item for any other reason, e.g. an item does not fit into your home, we will issue a credit note less 50% if the item is returned to CFE with the receipt, within one month of sale. Please note: A receipt is required for all exchanges and credit notes. We will not refund or exchange if you have damaged the item after you have taken receipt of it Electrical Guarantee This guarantee is valid for THREE months from the date of purchase. The item supplied has passed all required IEE testing requirements. If in the unlikely event that your appliance becomes faulty, the Community FurnitureEnterprise will endevour to: Repair/Replace the item or to refund your money. This three month guarantee will become void if:
